Juliet offers personal and group fitness classes that include a combination of the following:

  • Pilates Mat & Props

    Personal and group classes include pilates reformer work, mat work, and the integration of props such as balls, bands, and circles.
  • Aerobic Classes

    High energy dance workout classes are available  to add the important cardiovascular element to any workout routine.
  • Strength Training

    Through the controlled use of small weights and repetitive motion, along with breathing exercises,  balanced strength training is achieved through non-traditional motions that utilize various muscle groupings.
  • Assisted Streatching

    With the gentle aid of the instructor, stretching can be easier to archive.
  • Relaxation Techniques

    Progressive relation, breathing, and other techniques are used to calm  and  center the mind for  more optimal  mental and physical performance.
